Partial-pressure fills for nitrox, trimix and deco gases. Enter what's in the cylinder and the
mix you want; the fill runs helium first, then oxygen, then top-off.

These are ideal-gas numbers. Helium compresses less than air, so real fills drift. Stop a little short, let the cylinder cool, analyse O₂ and He, then top off the last few bar.
Any fill with pure oxygen needs an oxygen-clean cylinder and valve and an O₂-compatible fill whip. Add oxygen slowly.
Label every cylinder with the mix, MOD, date and analyser's initials, and have the diver analyse and sign before they dive it.
Partial-pressure blending should only be done by a trained gas blender. Ask me about the PADI TecRec Gas Blender and Trimix Blender courses.
